True to its name, Adams Mercantile offers an eclectic range of products including home decor, jewelry, textiles, jams, jellies and preserves, baked goods and more! All jewelry items are sourced with hypoallergenic materials and all food items are made with Ontario produce, in our Public Health inspected home kitchen. We are excited to meet you at our dock this year!

Denice Garell-Teti (Hello Honey)

Denice Garell-Teti’s interest in honeybees peaked when she attended a workshop that was offered locally as an introduction to beekeeping. She purchased her first hive and placed it on a friend’s property and that hive has grown into 8 hives at present! Denice is a member of the Ontario Beekeeping Association and belongs to the Ontario Women’s Beekeeping Network. She has had prize-winning success in entering her honey at many Ontario Fairs. In addition to producing honey for family, friends, and honey aficionados, Denice enjoys creating interesting hive products from beeswax and speaking to groups to bring awareness of the importance of honeybees and other pollinators and the value of honey as a product.

Available: During the cottage season from July to September and during the Art Tour Weekend.

Pat, Meg and the kids have been making syrup for 5 years now right here on Grand Island. Meg’s background in forestry is what got them started and the kids really enjoy getting outside and producing the sweet nectar! Tap That Maple Syrup on Six Mile Lake is ready for another great artist tour this season!
