Her products include an unscented, non-greasy body lotion, which is great moisturizing, and after sun exposure. She will also be selling lavender bath bombs for relaxation, and an all natural hemp oil and peppermint roll on, for pain and inflammation relief.

Hi, my name is Katja, I’ve been on SML since 1974. In 2018, I was told I had melanoma cancer. It was at that point where I started being more concerned of the products I was putting on my body, and decided I will no longer put any chemical products on my skin. I fell in love with grass-fed tallow, which made me decide to produce my own products, and venture into creating a small business. Tallow is a powerful moisturizer loaded with a wealth of nutrients, essential fatty acids and antioxidants. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Alison is offering double sided polar fleece blankets in medium and large sizes. They are machine washable and reversible. The lap size blankets have been very popular with seniors. The larger blankets are cozy for on the couch. Lots of colour and pattern choices for children, teens, men and women. Alison has been sewing decorator pillows with great cottage themed fabrics in 2 sizes. Alison is especially excited about her fabric panel canvas mounted pictures highlighting cottage animals and scenes, a must see!

Denice Garell-Teti (Hello Honey)

Denice Garell-Teti’s interest in honeybees peaked when she attended a workshop that was offered locally as an introduction to beekeeping. She purchased her first hive and placed it on a friend’s property and that hive has grown into 8 hives at present! Denice is a member of the Ontario Beekeeping Association and belongs to the Ontario Women’s Beekeeping Network. She has had prize-winning success in entering her honey at many Ontario Fairs. In addition to producing honey for family, friends, and honey aficionados, Denice enjoys creating interesting hive products from beeswax and speaking to groups to bring awareness of the importance of honeybees and other pollinators and the value of honey as a product.

Available: During the cottage season from July to September and during the Art Tour Weekend.
